The founder
behind Solo Broker OS.
I’m Den — based in Bangkok, originally from Vilnius. I’ve spent 18+ years building, running and exiting small businesses across Europe, Asia and beyond. Solo Broker OS is that experience written down — so you can run a lean brokerage without buying anyone’s franchise.
Why I built this.
I spent 20 years watching capable people lose to bigger players — not because they lacked skill, but because they couldn't afford the marketing, the tools, or the infrastructure to compete. I have built and run lead generation models across industries and markets, consistently reaching results that solo operators with no dedicated support simply cannot access on their own. Solo Broker OS is how I packaged everything I know into one place — so the right people never have to start from zero or pay a franchise $200,000 for the privilege of competing.
A solo broker with the right positioning, training, tools and AI should be able to outperform a franchise broker in speed, efficiency, commissions and margin. That is what I am building.
Operator Edge
Most people who train brokers have studied deal theory. I have lived it — as founder, operator, buyer, seller, and adviser simultaneously across two decades. The edge is not a list of credentials. It is a specific way of seeing businesses that only comes from personally owning the risk.
- Lead generation built for constraint — I consistently hit $5–15 cost per lead in niches where competitors paid $30–50. That model is inside Solo Broker OS.
- Rapid structural diagnosis across industries — a pattern library built across 50+ niches means the central problem is visible inside one session.
- Demonstrated resilience across restructures and market pivots — each produced a faster rebuild, not a retreat.
- Business architecture diagnostics — identifies hidden value and structural risk inside owner-led firms before the numbers confirm it.
- Cross-cultural commercial operator — direct European logic, fluent in Asian trust and deal cadence. Built through daily commercial exposure, not studied from a book.
- Industry agnosticism — the diagnostic framework transfers across sectors. Complexity and unfamiliar industries sharpen rather than slow the process.
Career Arc
Every business I built or advised sharpened the same diagnostic: where does growth break down, and what does it cost when nobody fixes it? Across lead generation, digital operations, and direct advisory work, I consistently found capable operators hitting structural ceilings — not skill ceilings. I have moved deliberately across domains, each time extracting pattern and mechanism rather than staying for comfort. The result is a framework most single-industry operators never accumulate.
How I Think
I operate mechanism-first. I look for the structural reason something is not working — not the surface problem, but the driver underneath it. I compress a complex situation into the smallest number of real leverage points, then move on the one that matters most.
I have run businesses across enough industries and markets to know that the framework transfers. New sectors do not slow the diagnosis — they sharpen it. Every domain I worked in added one more calibration point to the same engine. That engine is what I bring into every session, every practice build, and every deal. Two decades of direct work with founders and operators went into that engine. Each session was a new diagnosis, not a repeat of the last.
